2. Scope and purposes of data processing
The Controller processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Contact form — name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional) and message content — to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest of the Controller). Data is stored for the period necessary to handle the enquiry, no longer than 12 months from the last contact.
- Web analytics — data about your use of the website (cookies, session identifiers, device and browser data) — to analyse traffic and improve service quality (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent). Details in section 4.
3. Data recipients
Personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:
- Hosting and IT infrastructure providers
- Analytics service providers (Google, Microsoft) — as described in section 4
- Email service providers (SMTP servers) — for handling the contact form
Data may be transferred to third countries (including the USA) in connection with the use of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
4. Cookies and analytics tools
The website uses the following analytics tools:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — collects anonymised data about website traffic, visit sources, user behaviour and device parameters. GA4 uses first-party cookies. Google Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity — records heatmaps and session recordings to analyse user interactions with the website. Clarity automatically masks sensitive input data. Microsoft Privacy Policy.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")

- Right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal)

6. Data security

7. Changes to the privacy policy
The Controller reserves the right to update this privacy policy. Users will be informed of material changes via a notice on the website.
